Few small scale farmers anywhere in the world can make a dignified living producing food, even excellent quality food! In order to supplement our farming income, we started offering holiday gift packages and began the delightful job of searching for quality products which would complement our oil. This has led us to a community of producers and aritisans whose products we are able to offer.
We believe that if another world is possible it greatly depends on stewardship of the land and respect for the productive traditions of a place and the people. Becoming part of a growing international community supportive of small, quality producers has strengthened our resolve to continue caring for the century old olive trees growing on the hills just outside of Florence in a sustainable manner.
